A longer session can allow more time hands-on to allow a deeper dive into working on something that has been troubling you, perhaps working on two areas of discomfort or just spending longer on a complicated area like the low back, abdomen and hips, a longer full body massage, or more time for discussion to look at an issue from a holistic perspective with Louise or taking more time to look at self care strategies such as stretching or lifestyle changes with you as well as time on the couch for bodywork of your choice - CST/ massage/ myofascial release or a combination as appropriate to your needs.

Cancellation Policy

You can change or cancel your appointment on-line without charge up to 48 hours in advance of your booking. If you need to make changes with short notice please contact Louise directly on 07906275023. Any changes and cancellations made within 24 hours of your original appointment are liable to a cancellation fee of £30. Not turning up for an appointment means that you will be asked to pay the full appointment fee. New bookings will not be accepted until any charges issued are paid. Repeatedly changing or cancelling appointments at short notice will result in being blocked from online booking.
