About me

Hi I'm Louise, I have been working in private practice as a Holistic Therapist since 2010.

I'm passionate about the transformative healing power of natural remedies and holistic bodywork and helping people to look after themselves better.

I provide hands-on bodywork treatments at my clinic in Kelvedon, create bespoke Aromatherapy blends and botanic products, offer 1 - 1 coaching and mentoring and run group wellness classes and workshops. I am also a qualified baby massage instructor.

My Approach

I'm committed to providing excellent personalised care to everyone that I work with.

My main aim is to help you feel better in body and mind through the services I offer.

It is important to me that I:

help all clients feel at ease
provide a safe and non-judgemental space
listen carefully to what you need
make sure that you are comfortable
provide effective treatments and products
help you facilitate a shift towards better wellbeing and self-understanding
help you look at what might be causing/ contributing to an issue and discuss potential solutions/ways to counteract/manage it
never promise to "fix" anything and be honest if I dont think I can help

I work fairly intuitively, backed up with years of comprehensive training and professional development.
