Service Description

Treatment focussing on alleviating pain and discomfort and encouraging easier movement to an area of the body that has been causing you problems. This could be using a range of soft tissue techniques including myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point work, gentle touch, acupressure, heat, stretching etc alongside swedish massage. Ideal if you are looking for help with pain or restricted movement in an area of the body You will often be advised of at least one self care practice to do at home for your benefit. Where time allows sometimes people like to receive some remedial work and finish with some time dedicated to relaxation with a head or face or foot massage for example A course of treatments or regular treatments are often necessary to get on top of a problem but we start with one treatment, ideally have a follow up a week or two later, assess any benefits or changes and go from there.

Cancellation Policy

You can change or cancel your appointment on-line without charge up to 48 hours in advance of your booking. If you need to make changes with short notice please contact Louise directly on 07906275023. Any changes and cancellations made within 24 hours of your original appointment are liable to a cancellation fee of £30. Not turning up for an appointment means that you will be asked to pay the full appointment fee. New bookings will not be accepted until any charges issued are paid. Repeatedly changing or cancelling appointments at short notice will result in being blocked from online booking.
