Eastern style massage treatment to the Upper body in a specially designed chair. Deep Pressure, muscle release, trigger point work and styles such as tapotement, acupressure and energetic light healing touch can be applied as needed. You sit with your lower legs on the pads of the chair, leaning forward into the chest rest with your face in the face cradle. You can receive work to your back, neck and shoulders, You can also sit up and have work into your scalp, arms and hands as liked. This massage is generally done through light clothing and no oil is generally used. It can feel deeply restorative, alleviate aches and pains and least you feeling revitalised with better energy. Perfect for when you want a shorter targeted treatment, great to be able to access common problem areas without getting undressed and onto the couch. The style can be adapted to different needs but is not generally suitable during pregnancy due to the positioning. Great for desk workers.
