You can learn to massage your baby with Louise, either in a community class where you can meet other local parents with babies of similar age, you can book 1-1 tuition or arrange a private course for your group.

Over the course of classes Louise will teach you how to massage your baby step by step. 

The classes are relaxed, friendly and supportive and we have time to talk about anything related to parenthood and babies as the group wishes. 

We tend to work around the babies, so things are pretty fluid.

Depending on what type of course you book, the structure will vary slightly.

​​​​Private Courses

1 - 1 or 1 - 2 classes can be arranged with Louise at her treatment room in Kelvedon.

​

This works well if you can't get to a community class or prefer a more personalised experience for you and your baby. ​

​

​You will learn how to massage your baby step by step as in the group classes but we will go at your pace.

​

There will be time for discussion about how you and your baby are doing and mini parent and baby CST can also take place at the end of sessions where time allows if you wish. 

​

Private group classes can be arranged at a venue that you provide; price will depend on number of participants and the location. Get in touch to express your interest if this is something that you would like to organise.
