​Aches and Pains? Stiffness or limited range of movement?  Stress, tension or anxiety? Just want to feel better?

This is an opportunity to have Bespoke Bodywork - this may include Massage (remedial or relaxing), Myofascial Release or Craniosacral therapy or a combination with Louise at a reduced rate. 

​

Your session time is 1 hour, time on the couch approximately 50 minutes, allowing time to talk through what you are looking for help with and any self care suggestions that may be relevant for you alongside receiving hands-on treatment.
