Service Description
Aches and Pains? Stiffness or limited range of movement? Stress, tension or anxiety? Just want to feel better? This is an opportunity to have a 60 minute Bespoke Bodywork appointment - Massage, Myofascial Release or Craniosacral therapy or combination of these modalities with Louise at a reduced rate, bookable between 11am and 3pm on Tuesdays & Wednesdays Your treatment can have a focus on being remedial, relaxing or restorative according to your needs Your session time is 1 hour, time on the couch about 50 minutes, allowing time to talk through what you are looking for help with and any self care suggestions that may be relevant for you. Every session is adapted to your needs. Louise will use any of her soft tissue skills to bring maximum benefit to the problem you are presenting with. Long standing or ongoing issues are likely to require a few treatments in order to get on top of the problem.

Cancellation Policy
You can change or cancel your appointment on-line without charge up to 48 hours in advance of your booking. If you need to make changes with short notice please contact Louise directly on 07906275023. Any changes and cancellations made within 24 hours of your original appointment are liable to a cancellation fee of £35. Not turning up for an appointment means that you will be asked to pay the full appointment fee. New bookings will not be accepted until any charges issued are paid. Repeatedly changing or cancelling appointments at short notice will result in being blocked from online booking.
