One to one support for you from an experience therapist in your field This can be an occasional session or ongoing guidance. With mentoring you set the agenda. It can be what you need it to be. Mentoring provides a compassionate, confidential space for you to talk about your work as a therapist to a fellow professional who is experienced in your field of work. It is considered a tax deductible business expense. You might want support with setting yourself up in practice, have had a break from practice and want to get going again, want to make changes and want help and advice as to how to proceed, want a space to process everything that goes on in your treatment room, or want someone to keep you accountable to reaching the goals you have set yourself. It is often a space to figure out how to manage problems and develop opportunities in your practise but can also be a more personalised form of emotional support to help support you just as you support your clients. Mentoring can involve elements of coaching, consultancy and/or counselling. It really is up to you. No plans or formulas no one size fits all; just bespoke sessions. As with all Louise's services, come as you are, say what is going on for you, talk about what you are looking for help with and how you would like to proceed, and we will figure it out together one session at a time or over a course of sessions as you prefer. Your first session will generally be a getting to know you session and we will figure out where to go from there.
