Classes & Workshops
Louise enjoys running regular classes and occasional workshops on baby massage, wellness and self-care, aromatherapy and other aspects of natural health.
The website will be updated if and when dates are definite; any regular classes and occasional events will be announced via the newsletter and on social media.
Newsletter subscribers generally have early-bird priority booking for most events.

Saturday Sessions - 1st Saturday of the month - small group interactive Aromatherapy workshops focussing on:

How to use essential oils safely and effectively at home
Making your own face and body care and home fragrance products
A different workshop each month will be available to book. Duration 2-3 hours
Wellness Wednesdays for Women
90 minute Weekly class focusssing on relaxation and self care in a safe, supportive space including:
Gentle Movement (eg stretches, yoga, qi gong)
Guided Meditation/ Relaxation/Mindfulness Practices
Self care practices such as breathing techniques, self-massage, acupressure, aromatherapy
Finishing with Tea and a chat
Each month Louise would invite one local practitioner to visit and run one session with her so that we could explore self-care with things like EFT, Reiki, Reflexology for example or explore creative crafts or any other practices that help get us into a state of mindful flow or active relaxation that helps to nuture our body, mind and spirit. Classes to be booked in a block of 4 weeks.
